Welcome to our 2026 Primary Election Endorsements;

Per the Club’s bylaws, to be eligible for endorsement, a candidate must be a registered Democrat. All candidates must also complete this candidate QUESTIONNAIRE to be considered for an endorsement. Endorsements are decided by the general membership, and candidates in races with just two candidates running for the seat must receive at least 60% of votes cast to be endorsed. Candidates with more than two people running for the seat must receive more than 50% of the votes cast to be endorsed. 

The deadline for questionnaires was AUGUST 31stat 5PM for ALL CANDIDATES FOR ALL OFFICES. 

WE HAVE THREE BALLOTS that will be sent out over the period. The first will arrive on AUGUST 17th to AUGUST 20th 5PM - This ballot will be sent to members in good standing via OPAVOTE. One the FIRST BALLOT of our endorsement process. The members will vote on the following:

👍🏿 = EBSDC MEMBER in good standing.   ❤️ ️‍= Identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ Community.   ✅ = EBSDC Recommends a YES
